The stakes

The festival-cases lab landing pulled traffic, but premium leads need explaining: which award fits which goal, how Red Apple differs from E+ Awards. Without a conversation, visitors left to “think it over” — and didn’t come back.

The move

An AI consultant widget over the landing that knows every case and award by heart (RAG over the knowledge base). It answers in text and voice, matches an award to the client’s goal, and at the right moment hands the conversation to Telegram — the lead is captured.

The result

An Astro subdomain plus an LLM with RAG cost about $3 a month — and convert at a rate a static page can’t touch. The consultant works nights and weekends, when no manager is around.
